Whenever i was asked to sell, i said no, go for a commission. It just feels wrong to me, to let go something so intimate and personal of my life to a stranger who gives me some moments of being able to buy something. This way a gallery and ongoing Exhibition of my works was possible. It was very tough to walk this way on the countryside. Nevertheless, growing up close to kassel, provider of the biggest contemporary art event in Europe always kept me inspired, from morning till the night ;)
